Official Opening Of PDC Sales Gallery

Hijau E-Komuniti was conceptualised by the Penang State Government with an aim to realise the collective aspiration of Penangites who wish to own a home that is comfortable and strategically located as well as affordably priced.

The Sales Gallery at Batu Kawan was officiated by our Chief Minister of Penang YAB Tuan Lim Guan Eng on 22 June 2014 and is now open to the public.

Current AHS Projects

PDC is proud to announce that construction works on the first AHS project at Batu Kawan Hijau E-Komuniti has commenced since Dec 2013.Construction work on the second AHS project at Kg Jawa, Butterworth is expected to commence in Dec 2014.

Construction Works Take Off

The appointed contractor, Builtech Project Management Sdn Bhd commenced construction works on 26 December 2013. Excavation for pile caps and piling works are currently ongoing at project site.
